Trada’s Facebook Crowd has two types of workers: Optimizers and Creatives.
Facebook Optimizers
Facebook Optimizers are Facebook Ads experts. As a Facebook Optimizer, you will join advertisers’ campaigns and build out strategy: ad copy, targeting and bid pricing. Then, you will incorporate images from the Creative Crowd into your ads.
Great Facebook campaigns use hundreds if not thousands of discrete profile targets to get advertisers’ ads in front of the right set of people. Facebook Optimizers are uniquely skilled to use nonlinear thinking to target ads. In addition, Facebook Optimizers must know the right ways to set bidding and strategically run the campaign, and they must be able to work with Creatives to design huge numbers of diverse ads.
The human element of non-linear thinking is what makes having multiple Facebook Optimizers on a campaign a powerful multiplier – which is incredibly attractive to advertisers!
Facebook Creatives
Facebook Creatives are graphic designers. As a Facebook Creative, you will design images for the Optimizer Crowd to be used in their ads. When an ad you designed gets clicks and “actions” below an advertiser’s target price, you share the difference with the Optimizer you worked with. It’s unlike any model you have worked in before: you are guaranteed to be paid fairly based on your success.
Creatives and Optimizers work together on advertisers’ Facebook campaigns.
Optimizers and Creatives work in tandem to generate the best performing ads, and they constantly test ad images and copy. In the Trada Marketplace, Optimizers and Creatives earn money based on the performance of the ad campaigns they create, creating a positive incentive to colloborate and find the best performing ads for each profile target.
