Inside Sales Representative

Trada is the world’s first and only crowdsourced paid search marketplace, where a large community of paid search experts – Optimizers – work and are paid on their performance in establishing our client’s vision.  We’re venture backed by prominent companies such as Google Ventures and The Foundry Group.

Our Sales Consultants work with many different types of businesses, and consult on whether Trada would be a good avenue for these companies to off load some of the work to increase the effectiveness of their online marketing budget.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Search, SEM and PPC knowledge and experience is strongly preferred
  • If no SEM experience, high-tech and/or SaaS consultative sales experience required
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Reliable, strong work ethic and able to work independently
  • Strong CRM experience; SalesForce preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Achieves the sales goal of being over quota every month
  • Manage web based presentations
  • Identify prospect’s business needs and goals to determine solution
  • Sells consultatively: is considered an expert resource for those to whom he or she sells, as well for in-company colleagues
  • Work closely with sales manager to increase close ratio and number of new customer
  • Able to build strong networks in and outside the organization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Keeps concise and accurate notes in the CRM detailing conversations and account status
