Trada is looking for an exceptional digital marketing manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is an aggressive, data driven problem solver with a passion for driving traffic to a web site via SEO, paid search, social and email campaigns. You should understand how to manage a web site and optimize landing pages using a data driven approach. You should enjoy spending time running A/B tests, digging through analytics data and looking for ways to continuously improve our traffic campaigns as well optimizing the web site and landing pages.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid search, social and email campaigns
- Manage web site to drive leads and optimize landing pages via A/B Testing
- Drive traffic from content pages and blogs and convert the traffic into qualified leads
- Ensure web site adopts SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices including performing keyword research and link building
- Perform Google Analytics analysis and optimize web site based on this analysis
- Run YouTube Content Promotions and convert YouTube consumption into leads
- Grow web site traffic and leads to meet or exceed plan
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience managing digital campaigns
- Experience running paid search, email, social campaigns as well as web site management and landing page optimization
- Experience working in small, high growth companies: entrepreneurial drive, demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.
- Experience working on advertising or technical products
- Strong analytical and data driven problem solving abilities
